Charlotte LU (Supervisor)

Charlotte Lu is a partner with 30 years of professional experience. She started her career in Deloitte Shanghai office in 1994 and was seconded to Deloitte San Francisco office during 2000 - 2004. She was a Board Member of Deloitte Asia Pacific and Deloitte China.

As Managing Partner of Deloitte China Eastern Region and member of Deloitte China Management Team, Ms. Lu leads service functions (Audit & Assurance, Tax and Legal, Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory and Consulting), to work with regional Client & Industries, Government affairs team and etc. to provide one-stop service to all kinds of organizations.

Ms. Lu is specialized in providing initial public offering audit, financial and accounting advisory, industry advisory service to clients. She is especially experienced in the Technology Media & Telecom sector. She guides Deloitte research team on industry trends and developments, and also shares her insights at various industry summits.

Ms. Lu acts as a supervisor of NYU Shanghai Education Development Foundation Board. She also serves as Board Member of Shanghai Fintech Industry Alliance and member of Suzhou Financial Expert Advisory Committee.

Ms. Lu is member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and Certified Securities Practitioner. She holds a masters degree from School of Management, Fudan University.
