Charlotte LU (Supervisor)

Charlotte Lu currently serves as a member of the Deloitte China Management Team, and is the Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte China. She previously served as a member of the Deloitte Asia Pacific Board and Deloitte China. 

Ms. Lu has more than 30 years of experience in capital markets, with a career that spans both China and the United States. She has extensive experience in providing financial and accounting services to numerous listed companies. She previously served as the Managing Partner for Deloitte China’s Eastern Region, leading market development and government affairs while integrating the firm’s audit, tax, and consulting capabilities to deliver multi-disciplinary professional services to clients in a diverse industries. She also acted as the Deloitte leader for the Technology, Media and Telecommunications, as well as the Education Sector, making outstanding contributions to the development of the industry.

Ms. Lu is the currently Deputy Chair of the Shanghai Foreign Investment Association, Deputy Chair of the Huangpu District of Shanghai New Social Stratum Association, the Supervisor of the Shanghai Private Equity Association, the New York University Shanghai Education Development Foundation Board, a member of the Shanghai Financial Technology Industry Alliance Council, Shanghai Federation of Industry & Commerce for International Cooperation Committee and the Suzhou Financial Expert Advisory Committee. 

Ms. Lu holds a Master's degree from the Management School of Fudan University. She is a member of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and a Certified Securities Practitioner.
