Jinsong DING

Mr. Ding Jinsong is the founder and chairman of Shanghai HiTime Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd., which was established in 2001 and is engaged in the development and management of real estate. Mr. Ding also established Shanghai HiTime Steel Pipe (Group) Co., Ltd. in the early 1990s.

Mr. Ding Jinsong is a member of the New York University Board of Trustees, a member of the NYU President's Global Council, and a member of the NYU Sir Harold Acton Society.

In addition, Mr. Ding serves as the Vice Chairman of the 15th Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce, People's Supervisor of the Shanghai People's Procuratorate, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program, Vice Chairman of the 5th Council of the Shanghai Hongkou District Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program, Vice Chairman of the 5th Council of the Ai Jian Special Foundation, Joint Chairman of the 3rd Council of the Shanghai Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of the China National Philatelic Corporation, and Rotating Chairman of the Xinhu Chamber of Commerce.
