Finance Veteran Hua Yifeng Gives Special Talk to NYU Shanghai Students

On November 19 Ms. Hua Yifeng gave a talk to a group of students at NYU Shanghai about her personal experiences as a successful career woman in the male dominated finance industry. Throughout her career which spanned finance giants including Merrill Lynch, Citibank, and UBS Warburg, Ms. Hua cultivated her relative advantages and seized opportunities to create an unconventional path to success. During the brown bag lunch with our students, Ms. Hua went into an in depth discussion of how to deal with the stress of making huge decisions, managing interpersonal relationships, and creating a good work/life balance. It was a great honor for NYU Shanghai to host Ms. Hua; her determination, warmth, passion, and daring was an inspiration.
